Ms Rachel Lechmere
School Principal
Rachel commenced as the substantive Principal of JPP at the beginning of Term 3, 2025. She has previously been a Principal and Deputy Principal in Victoria in both the Catholic & Government systems, and has taught in the NT and NSW throughout her 25 year span in Education. Rachel returns to the SE Kimberley having taught in Balgo early in her career and she is passionate about creating (and maintaining) a learning culture that is Christ-centred, calm, safe, vibrant, in harmony with its natural environment, and responsive to the educational needs of the Mulan community.
